On December 21, 2021, the 28th meeting of the Interstate Coordination Council for Scientific and Technical Information (ICSSTI) was held at the CIS Executive Committee Office in Moscow via videoconference.
The representatives of the ICSSTI member states of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz Republic, a representative of the CIS Executive Committee, a representative of the base organization of the CIS member states for interstate exchange of scientific and technical information of the All-Russian Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of the Russian Academy of Sciences took part in the meeting.
On the part of the Republic of Tajikistan was attended by: Mr Suhrob Hakim Solehzoda – deputy director of the State Institution “National Center for Patents and Information ” of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mr Kiyomiddin Khursandovich Miraliev – deputy Head of the Scientific, Technical and Patent Information Department of the Institution.
The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the ICSTI, Deputy Director of the Department of Innovations and Advanced Research of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Mr Kalinin V.V.
On behalf of the CIS Executive Committee, Mr T.T Mansurov the Head of the Scientific and Technical Cooperation and Innovations Department of the Economic Cooperation Department of the CIS Executive Committee, addressed the meeting participants with a welcoming speech.
A number of issues were considered at the meeting, including:
– the state of affairs in the field of scientific and technical information (STI) in the member states – of the ICSSTI.
– the state of the CIS portal “Information for innovative activities of the CIS member states;
– the project “Concept of creating a digital platform for the exchange of scientific and technical information and management of intellectual rights (bank of innovations) of the CIS” and implementation of the “Concept for the formation and development of an interstate system of training, professional retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of scientific and technical information.”
