Today, on December 16, 2020, a session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan was held by the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda, was approved the Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to Eurasian Patent Convention on September 9, 1994.
The Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to Eurasian Patent Convention on 9 September 1994, by the member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention were signed, which provides mutually beneficial interests and co-operation in the sphere of industrial property development, including the field of legal industrial protection in the territory of the States Parties of the Convention.
This protocol establishes the system of regional registration of industrial designs and allows applicants to register their industrial designs with a single application in the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention.
