On April 14 of this year, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) together with the International Scientific and Educational Center “the faculty of UNESCO in the field of copyright, related, cultural and information rights” of the National research university “Higher school of economic” held the International scientific and Practical online Conference “The right of the author’s problems in the field of industrial property.”
The Conference was opened by the Chairman of Rospatent Mr. G.I. Petrovich and Chairman of the Council of the Russian Federation for science, education and culture Lilia Gumerova. Other experts made presentations in this sphere.
It should be noted that, during the conference, the Director of the State institution NCPI Mr. Ismoilzoda Mirzo Haydarbek spoke about the current copyright problems, as well as the legal practice related to scientific works, literature, art and industrial property.
