On July 30 of the current year, in the building of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan under the guidance of the Deputy Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon and Director of the State Institution “National Center for Patents and Information ”  Mirzo Ismoilizoda, with participation of the representatives of ministries, departments, organizations, designers and artists, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the Republican competition “National Brand of Tajikistan” was held.

In pursuance of orders of the founder of the peace and national unity – the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rakhmon and orders of the head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Tajikistan from September 23, 2017, No. 7171039 (22.7), on holding the competition “National Brand of Tajikistan”, the purpose of which is strengthened positions of domestic products in the international arena and presentation of the production achievements of the country.

This competition is carried out to determine the “National Brand of Tajikistan”, and in accordance with the requirements, a creative brand is selected, reflecting the national treasure, culture and civilization, the beautiful nature and production potential of the country, which in the future will represent domestic products in the International arena.

According to the information provided by the working group of the competition “National Brand of Tajikistan”, established under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and with the participation of representatives of ministries, departments, public organizations and industry specialists, after the completion of the application process, which passed (from January 15 to March 19 2021), 114 applicants presented 515 samples of signs.

After evaluating the samples of the signs by the decision of the working group of the competition on the basis of the appropriate order of the head of the executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the proposal of the Competition Commission in accordance with the Rules of the National Brand of the Republic of Tajikistan, and in coordination with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the sign “National Brand of Tajikistan” by the authors Rakhmonov Husrav Husseynovich and Islamov Sadi Tohirovich has been chosen.

Winners Rakhmonov Husrav Huseynovich and Islamov Sadi Tohirovich were awarded the highest award in the amount of 20,000 thousand somoni, 10 participants were also awarded diplomas – Safarzoda Munis, Mirzoalizoda Humayni Uktamjon, Mahmadulloev Muhammadjon Zofarovich, Dovutova Mehrangez Ziyeratshoevna, Sharipov Mahmud, Aslov Bahriddin , Ismoilov Khalimjon Mirzoaminovich, Kahhorovi  Mahbuba, Saidova Nasiba Murodalievna and the amount of 1000 somoni from « Nuri Hirad » as developers of original signs.104 participants were awarded memorable gifts from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.
