On October 20 of this year in Minsk, the Republic of Belarus in a hybrid format, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Intellectual Property in the Modern World: Challenges of Time and Development Prospects” was held.
The conference was organized by the National Center for Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus jointly with the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus.
This conference was attended by representatives of Patent Offices from a number of countries, WIPO, EAPO, Belarusian and foreign universities, employees of scientific organizations, government officials, practitioners in the field of intellectual property.
The purpose of the conference was to analyze the state, problems, trends in the development of intellectual property issues in the field of law, economics, public administration, the system of scientific and technical information, social and other spheres of activity in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, as well as the prospects for the development of intellectual property in the modern world.
From the Republic of Tajikistan, the Director of the State Institution “National Center for Patents and Information” of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr Mirzo Haydarbek Ismoilzoda took part in this conference. During the conference, he noted the current problems of regulation of legal protection, as well as trends in the development of intellectual property objects in the Republic of Tajikistan.
