Inom Gafurovich Tokhirov, Former Director of the State Institution “National Center for Patents and Information” of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, died at the age of 83, in Dushanbe.
He worked in the Patent Office from the beginning of its foundation, from 1993 to 1996 as a First Deputy Director, and from 1996 to 2004 he managed the Office.
During the period of his management, Inom Gafurovich made a huge contribution for the development of the intellectual property protection system of the Republic of Tajikistan.
