On October 18-19, 2023, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Intellectual Property in the Modern World: Challenges of the Time and Development Prospects” was held in the city of Minsk, Republic of Belarus, in which Ismoilzoda Mirzo Haydarbek, Director of the State Institution “National Center for Patent and Information”of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan in a remote format.
In his speech, Ismoilzoda Mirzo noted that intellectual property plays an increasingly important role in the knowledge economy, combining state regulation with market mechanisms aimed at stimulating scientific and innovative activities, increasing the level of education, science and culture, and developing a respectful attitude towards the results of creative activity.
The state stimulates the development of intellectual activity as a mechanism that promotes economic development by creating a strong regulatory framework for the protection of intellectual property rights, creating favorable conditions for the development of innovation and simplifying the intellectual property system.
In conclusion, Ismoilzoda Mirzo thanked the organizers of the International Scientific and Practical Conference and wished everyone successful and fruitful work in the interests of stable and dynamic development of intellectual property for the benefit of the state and society.
