Today, the State Institution “National Center for Patents and Information” of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting devoted to clarifying the Address of the Leader of the Nation. The meeting began with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The event began with an opening speech by the Patent Office’s Director, Mirzo Ismoilzoda, who noted that Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, delivered on December 16, 2025, as an important political and social document, defined the main directions for the country’s future development. This Address analyzed and discussed important economic, social, cultural, and foreign policy issues.

First and foremost, the Address placed special emphasis on the development of the national economy. The Head of State emphasized that the main factors in the country’s economic development are rapid industrialization, attracting domestic and foreign investment, and supporting small and medium-sized businesses. This process can lead to an increase in the number of new jobs and an improvement in the standard of living.

At the same time, social issues also took center stage. The President pointed to the education and healthcare sectors as the main pillars of social development, emphasizing the need to improve the quality of education, train competitive specialists, and enhance medical care.

In the section on youth and cultural policy, it was noted that youth are the creative force and future of the nation. It was emphasized that fostering patriotism, protecting national values, and developing national culture should be at the core of state policy.

In conclusion, the Director of the Office, Mirzo Ismoilzoda, stated that the practical implementation of the instructions and orders of the Leader of the Nation is the duty of every citizen of the country.
